Designation: Sales Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities:
The primary purpose of this role is to support our sales team, to establish a strong relationship between customers and the company. And inter departmental co-ordination between sales, production, accounts & dispatch.

Job Description
• Attend daily work review meeting with Sales head
• To review purchase orders (Techno – commercial)
• To make work order status report as on date for concerned departments- production/purchase/QC & prepare commercial papers for the same.
• Daily updation of work order status
• To prepare work order on computer
• Send the status of instruments ready for dispatch to Accounts/ Customer Support/HOD
• To prepare Proforma Invoice and forward it to accounts and sales for approval.
• Review of Customer PO
• C- form follow ups
• Customer follow ups for way bill etc..
• Customer follow-up for payment before dispatch
• Follow up with customer for outstanding payment if any
• Follow up with customer for receipt of material dispatched by us and documents like invoice, user manual and test reports.
• Co-ordinate with all department i.e. Production/Accounts/Sales/QC
• To help in sending product catalogue .
• To update sales order value file
• To update files shared on Drive e.g. payment status /material etc.
• To record customer complaint & transfer to concerned dept.
• Any other related work as instructed by sales head/management.

Job Specification
Educational Qualification:
B.com / BA /BBA Or Bachelor’s Degree in any other Stream.
Work Experience:
0-2 Years’ Experience
