Technical Sales Engineer


Job Description

  • Work closely and build relationships with customers
  • Provide technical support when needed
  • Develop initiative sales strategy
  • To attend inquiries received from various sources
  • To discuss /understand prospects' application
  • To follow up with prospects for maximum order conversion
  • To handle prospects and negotiation effectively
  • Follow up for customer feedback
  • Visits to Potential clients (if needed for any project)
  • Regular Feedback from customers
  • Reporting to concern HOD/ MD.
  • Team Coordination for complete project execution and maintaining a healthy relationship with every customer
  • Any other work as per management’s instruction.

Qualifications

  • B.E. in Electronics/Instrumentation or MSc in Electronics or relevant field.
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • A solid technical background
  • Good Presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • CRM Management
