Executive Assistant to the Director (Technical & Operations)
Seeking a Technical Executive Assistant to Work Closely with the Leadership Team
Libratherm Instruments Private Limited is looking for a competent Technical Executive Assistant to support and work directly with our top management.
Please note: This is not a conventional secretarial position.
We are seeking a proactive engineering professional, preferably with a background in Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering, who can understand our products, collaborate with R&D and Production teams, and address technical inquiries from key clients on behalf of management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Coordination & Follow-ups:
- Act as the bridge between the Director and internal departments (R&D, Production, Sales and
Supply Chain).
- Monitor the status of critical projects and ensure that various teams meet deadlines
leads without the Director’s constant intervention.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports (Sales figures, Production status) for the Director’s review.
2. Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Handle initial communication with key customers and OEMs; understand their
technical queries (regarding Temperature Controllers, Thyristors, etc.) and route them to the right team.
- Draft technical proposals, emails, and business correspondence on behalf of the Director.
- Accompany the Director to important client meetings or site visits when required, capturing minutes and action items.
3. Time & Workflow Optimization:
- Proactively manage the Director’s calendar by prioritizing high-impact activities and filtering out low-priority routine tasks.
- Conduct pre-meeting research: Brief the Director on the agenda and background of clients or visitors before meetings.
- Streamline daily routines and office administration to maximize efficiency for the leadership team.
4. Special Projects:
- Execute specific improvement projects, such as implementing a new CRM tool or organizing participation in a trade show, as assigned by the Director.
Required Qualifications:
