Educational Qualification:
  • Diploma / Degree in Electronics Engineering or Science Graduate (physics or electronics) can also be considered. MBA in Marketing would be preferred.

Work Experience:
  • 7 to 15 years.

Job Description:
  • To work as a Manager and manage the resident and nonresident team of sales staff.
  • To attend Business enquiries received by email, telephone and by sales team.
  • To set the sales target for self and sales team.
  • To visit customers for negotiation, Business generation and Business Development, Product presentation.
  • To drive the team for lead generations and convert the lead in enquiries and enquiries in to Business.
  • To explore new business avenues on national and international level.
  • Customer Relation Management.
  • Submit sales MIS report to the Management.
  • Participation in Exhibitions across the country.
  • To search the prospects.
  • To prepare visit plan.
  • To visit sites to generate Business enquiries.
  • Present business development training and mentoring to Sales and Marketing Engineer business developers and other internal staff.
  • To visit customers for negotiation, Business generation and Business Development, Product presentation.
  • To prepare the monthly/quarterly/yearly sales plan.
  • To drive the self for lead generations and convert the lead in enquiries and enquiries in to Business.
