HTL-804-U1 – Uses Rotronic make HYGROCLIP-XD sensors.
HTL-804-U2 – Uses Libratherm make HTS-440 sensors.
HTL-804-U3 – Uses Libratherm make HTS-220 sensors.
HTL-804-U4 – Uses any type of T+RH Transmitters giving 4-20mA signals.
Libratherm offers Microcontroller based 8 channel T + RH Data Logger Model HTLOG-804 which is designed for continuous, simultaneous, and very accurate monitoring and logging of temperature and Relative Humidity values at a maximum of 4 different locations. The logged data are stored in the internal memory in real-time and date. The logged data can also be monitored in the online mode on the PC screen and can also be downloaded to the PC in the offline mode. The facility is also available through the additional serial port to directly print the logged or stored data with real-time/date at the programmable PRINT INTERVAL on EPSON or equivalent Serial Dot Matrix printer.
The Model HTL-804 accepts input from standard T + Rh sensors or transmitters giving voltage or current signals. Users can specify the required type of sensor or transmitter based on what suits the application. If the data logging to be carried out on the small chambers or cold storages then only sensors are preferred. But if the sensing to be carried out across the long length and breadth of the warehouse, greenhouse, etc requiring long cables, then T + RH transmitters are preferred.
Other hardware features include 2 nos. of common for all channels high or low relay outputs, 16 nos. of transistor drivers – available to the user on 20 pin FRC connector and cable. FRC compatible 8 channel relay cards are also available. The respective front panel dual-color LEDs show the status of each channel – whether it is High (Red) or Low (green) when compared to their respective set values.
Standard features include programmable display SCAN time, channel SKIP, and HOLD facility with a manual increment of the channel number using a front panel membrane keyboard.
